Rooms had cleanliness issues, with dust accumulation reported and a notable lack of free toiletries. One incident involved guests getting stuck without adequate emergency measures and delayed assistance. The room access system uses outdated keys. Noise disruptions from the surrounding area detracted from the overall experience.

I came here for 1 night and had a real good stay. An excellent hotel, I loved it, staff was very amiable! The location was absolutely perfect, not far from stores even a mall, restaurant and St Lukes medical center. Went to G Point Smorgasbord & Bar for drink or two, set within easy walking distance of the venue.

Great location! Just a 2-minute walk to St Luke's Medical Extension Clinic made it super convenient for our needs. The spacious room added to the comfort, offering room to relax. The friendly vibe throughout the hotel was refreshing. Enjoyed the tasty breakfast. Generous portions filled me up. I appreciated the bathroom amenities, but felt the bathroom could use some modernization as it seemed dated. I also faced issues with cleanliness in our room, particularly dust accumulation. I felt unsafe after an incident where I got stuck for a few minutes with my family, quite frightening, especially for the kids. The room access using old keys felt insecure. Despite these drawbacks, I would consider returning due to the convenient location.

great location with few drawbacks
The hotel is in a great location. It's close to various convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes, easy to find meals. The staff were attentive even late at night, and I appreciated that the bathroom was equipped with towels and a kit. I enjoyed the city view from my room.

Its closer to saint luke's medical center, were I had my med. Exam for my visa. Paragon hotel is very clean, the stuff are very nice, friendly and helpful. What I liked the most was just a walking distance to saint luke's and the robinson's mall. Restaurant are just around the area. We are very happy in staying there for 5 days. I will recommend paragon tower hotel to all of my friends and relatives to stay in your hotel. Keep up the good work and cleanliness. The Paragon Tower is a good mid-price choice in Ermita. There are cheaper choices such as the Soriente Hotel next door and of course lots of more expensive hotels like the nearby Hyatt. This time we stayed in a family room on the 8th floor. It was huge, 50 square meters (the thing I like about Booked.net is that they tell you the room size), had beautiful, well-maintained marble floors and counters, two king size beds and a sofa. There was a small but new refrigerator and a basic tv. Bottom line, you get a large marble floored room for a reasonable price. Upper floors have good views. Flores Street is one of the quieter Ermita streets.
The furnishings were good, except for the sofa which was dirty. The bathroom was acceptable, but could use refurbishment. These are quibbles. You get a nice room at a fair price. Some will find Ermita hard to take. It's a pretty gritty area.
